1.1. This Privacy Policy defines how the personal data of ARES website users (hereinafter — the "Website") is collected, used, and protected, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

1.3. By using the Website, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms.
2.1. Personal data means any information that identifies a user, including but not limited to: name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.
2.2. The Website collects personal data when a user:
— places an order from the catalog;
— fills out the order request form;
— contacts us via the details or messengers listed on the site.
3.1. Personal data is used solely for the purpose of:
— processing and fulfilling orders, including payment processing;
— contacting the buyer to clarify order details;
— providing consultations on choosing the right equipment model;
— improving the quality of the Website.
3.2. The legal basis for processing personal data is the user's consent (given by placing an order or contacting us via the Website) and the necessity to perform the sale-purchase agreement to which the user is a party.

4.2. The Website shares data with third-party services required to fulfill an order — delivery services (including Nova Poshta) and the payment system WayForPay.
4.3. Bank card details are entered directly on the secure payment page of WayForPay and are processed by WayForPay in accordance with the international PCI DSS security standard. The ARES website does not receive, see, or store users' full bank card details.
5.1. The Website takes organizational and technical measures to protect users' personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
5.2. Access to buyers' personal data is limited to individuals directly involved in order processing.
6.1. The user has the right to:
— access their personal data;
— request corrections or updates to their data;
— request deletion of their personal data;
— withdraw previously given consent to the processing of their personal data;
— opt out of receiving informational messages.
6.2. To exercise these rights, the user may contact us using the details listed in Section 8 of this Policy.
7.1. The Website may use technical (session) cookies necessary for the proper functioning of order forms and other Website features. Such cookies are not used to identify the user outside the Website.
8.1. The Website reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy.
8.2. The updated version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website.
